In response to the need for a way to normalize and rationalize sub-account trade data due to the data-sharing requirements of SEC Rule 22c-2, Access Data is unveiling a new Data Converter within the compliance functionality of SalesVision. Since many intermediaries may deliver their 22c-2 data responses in a format that is not considered an industry-standard, SalesVision now provides its users with a way to standardize and import these responses. Users will also have the option of generating a new Custom Response File Template or selecting an existing Custom Response File Template, eliminating the need for repetitive work.

The user selects the Custom Response File Type (Excel, Delimited, or Fixed Width) and goes through a process defining the location and format of key fields or cells:

Upload Capabilities

Once the Custom Response File Type and Format have been defined, the user can perform the upload and designate any Custom Response File as a reusable template.
